  A heartwarming place. Friendly operatoers, integrated hotel, restaurant, bar... Nice and clean rooms. Free parking. Location is between Montreal and Quebec city, a national park is very close by.

  Booked room for four people, it said breakfast was included. Turns out it was only included for two people. Breakfast was oily fries, with a egg and sausage. Nasty. Also was awaken by fire alarm at 1 am in the morning. its terrible experience, pretty much ruined my trip.

  Horrible experience. Didn't get the room I booked for more than a month in advance. Bad advertising on the website offering double and queen size beds, ice machine, etc.. and staff saying "I tought all the beds were queen size" as I complained getting a double size bed while I booked for a queen size bed. Never Going there again and deffinately not recommanding that hotel motel to anyone! Just horrible.

  Management is a nightmare. Reserved a queen bed room 5 weeks in advance and upon our arrival there were no queen beds left. I am 6ft10 and am not able to fit sleeping diagonally on a double bed. The service was horrible. We were told that our room was the last one available. The vending machine was unplugged to save electricity. There is no ice machine. When I asked why they advertise a queen bed suite the answer I received was all the beds are the same. We had friends staying in a different room and their bed was longer however not wider. Spiders roaming like they're renting aswell. Paper thin walls and attitude when you ask for something like working air conditioning. Overall a terrible experience.
